變頻器基本參數要如何調試?看完你就知道了

  變頻器功能參數很多,一般都有數十甚至上百個參數供用戶選擇。實際應用中,沒b要對每一參數都進行設置和調試,多數只要采用出廠設定值即可。但有些參數由于和實際使用情況有很大關系,且有的還相互關聯,因此要根據實際進行設定和調試。

  各(ge)類型變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)功能(neng)有(you)差異(yi),而相同功能(neng)參(can)(can)數(shu)的名稱也不一致,因(yin)此(ci)本(ben)(ben)文以(yi)富士變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)基本(ben)(ben)參(can)(can)數(shu)名稱為例。由于基本(ben)(ben)參(can)(can)數(shu)是(shi)各(ge)類型變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)幾(ji)乎都有(you)的,可以(yi)做(zuo)到觸類旁通(tong)。

  一、加減速時間

  加速(su)(su)時間就(jiu)是輸(shu)出(chu)頻(pin)率(lv)從(cong)0上(shang)升(sheng)到(dao)z大(da)頻(pin)率(lv)所需(xu)時間,減(jian)速(su)(su)時間是指(zhi)從(cong)z大(da)頻(pin)率(lv)下(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)到(dao)0所需(xu)時間。通常用(yong)頻(pin)率(lv)設定(ding)信號上(shang)升(sheng)、下(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)來確定(ding)加減(jian)速(su)(su)時間。在電動機加速(su)(su)時須限(xian)制頻(pin)率(lv)設定(ding)的上(shang)升(sheng)率(lv)以避免過(guo)電流,減(jian)速(su)(su)時則限(xian)制下(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)率(lv)以避免過(guo)電壓。

  加(jia)(jia)速(su)(su)時(shi)(shi)間設(she)定(ding)要求:將(jiang)加(jia)(jia)速(su)(su)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)限制在變頻(pin)器(qi)過(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)容量(liang)以下,不(bu)使過(guo)(guo)流(liu)失速(su)(su)而(er)引起變頻(pin)器(qi)跳閘(zha);減(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)時(shi)(shi)間設(she)定(ding)要點是:避免平滑(hua)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)電(dian)(dian)壓過(guo)(guo)大,不(bu)使z生過(guo)(guo)壓失速(su)(su)而(er)使變頻(pin)器(qi)跳閘(zha)。加(jia)(jia)減(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)時(shi)(shi)間可根據(ju)負載計算出來,但在調試中常(chang)采取按負載和經驗先設(she)定(ding)較長加(jia)(jia)減(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)時(shi)(shi)間,通過(guo)(guo)起、停(ting)電(dian)(dian)動機觀察有(you)無過(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)、過(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)壓報警;然后將(jiang)加(jia)(jia)減(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)設(she)定(ding)時(shi)(shi)間逐漸縮短,以運轉(zhuan)中不(bu)發(fa)生報警為原則(ze),重復操作幾次,便可確(que)定(ding)出z好的加(jia)(jia)減(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)時(shi)(shi)間。

  二、 轉矩提升

  又叫(jiao)轉矩(ju)補償,是為補償因電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)定子繞組電(dian)(dian)阻所(suo)引起(qi)的低(di)速時(shi)轉矩(ju)降低(di),而把低(di)頻率范圍f/Vz大的方法(fa)。設定為自(zi)動(dong)(dong)時(shi),可使加速時(shi)的電(dian)(dian)壓自(zi)動(dong)(dong)提升以補償起(qi)動(dong)(dong)轉矩(ju),使電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)加速順(shun)利進(jin)行。如(ru)采(cai)用手動(dong)(dong)補償時(shi),根據負(fu)載特(te)(te)性,尤其是負(fu)載的起(qi)動(dong)(dong)特(te)(te)性,通(tong)過試驗可選出較佳曲線。對(dui)于變轉矩(ju)負(fu)載,如(ru)選擇不(bu)當會(hui)出現低(di)速時(shi)的輸出電(dian)(dian)壓過高,而浪費電(dian)(dian)能的現象(xiang),甚至(zhi)還會(hui)出現電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)帶負(fu)載起(qi)動(dong)(dong)時(shi)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)大,而轉速上(shang)不(bu)去的現象(xiang)。

  三、電子熱過載保護

  本(ben)功能為保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)動(dong)機過熱(re)而設(she)置,它是變頻(pin)器內CPU根據運(yun)轉(zhuan)電(dian)流值和頻(pin)率(lv)計算出電(dian)動(dong)機的溫升,從而進行過熱(re)保(bao)護(hu)。本(ben)功能只適用于(yu)“一拖一”場合,而在“一拖多”時,則應(ying)在各(ge)臺電(dian)動(dong)機上加裝熱(re)繼電(dian)器。

  四、頻率限制

  即變(bian)頻(pin)器輸(shu)出(chu)頻(pin)率(lv)的(de)(de)上、下限(xian)(xian)幅值(zhi)。頻(pin)率(lv)限(xian)(xian)制是(shi)為避免誤操作或外接(jie)頻(pin)率(lv)設(she)定信號源出(chu)故(gu)障(zhang),而(er)引起輸(shu)出(chu)頻(pin)率(lv)的(de)(de)過高或過低(di),以防損壞(huai)設(she)備的(de)(de)一(yi)種保護功(gong)能(neng)。在(zai)應用(yong)(yong)中按實際情(qing)況設(she)定即可。此功(gong)能(neng)還(huan)可作限(xian)(xian)速(su)使用(yong)(yong),如有的(de)(de)皮帶(dai)輸(shu)送機,由于輸(shu)送物料不太(tai)多,為減(jian)少機械和(he)皮帶(dai)的(de)(de)磨損,可采用(yong)(yong)變(bian)頻(pin)器驅動,并將變(bian)頻(pin)器上限(xian)(xian)頻(pin)率(lv)設(she)定為某一(yi)頻(pin)率(lv)值(zhi),這樣就可使皮帶(dai)輸(shu)送機運行在(zai)一(yi)個固定、較低(di)的(de)(de)工(gong)作速(su)度(du)上。

  五、偏置頻率

  六、頻率(lv)設定信號增益(yi)

  此功能僅在(zai)用外(wai)(wai)部(bu)模擬信(xin)號(hao)設定(ding)(ding)(ding)頻率時才y效(xiao)。它(ta)是用來彌補外(wai)(wai)部(bu)設定(ding)(ding)(ding)信(xin)號(hao)電(dian)壓(ya)與變頻器(qi)(qi)內電(dian)壓(ya)(+10v)的(de)不(bu)一致問題;同時方便模擬設定(ding)(ding)(ding)信(xin)號(hao)電(dian)壓(ya)的(de)選(xuan)擇,設定(ding)(ding)(ding)時,當(dang)模擬輸入信(xin)號(hao)為(wei)z大(da)時(如10v、5v或20mA),求出(chu)可輸出(chu)f/V圖形的(de)頻率百分數(shu)并(bing)以此為(wei)參數(shu)進行(xing)設定(ding)(ding)(ding)即可;如外(wai)(wai)部(bu)設定(ding)(ding)(ding)信(xin)號(hao)為(wei)0~5v時,若變頻器(qi)(qi)輸出(chu)頻率為(wei)0~50Hz,則(ze)將增益信(xin)號(hao)設定(ding)(ding)(ding)為(wei)200%即可。

  七、轉矩限制

  可(ke)分為驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)轉(zhuan)矩限(xian)(xian)制(zhi)和制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)轉(zhuan)矩限(xian)(xian)制(zhi)兩種(zhong)。它是根據變頻器輸出電壓和電流值,經CPU進行轉(zhuan)矩計算,其可(ke)對(dui)加減速(su)(su)(su)和恒速(su)(su)(su)運行時(shi)的(de)沖(chong)擊負載(zai)恢復特性有顯著(zhu)g善(shan)。轉(zhuan)矩限(xian)(xian)制(zhi)功能(neng)可(ke)實(shi)現自動(dong)(dong)(dong)加速(su)(su)(su)和減速(su)(su)(su)控制(zhi)。假(jia)設加減速(su)(su)(su)時(shi)間小于負載(zai)慣量時(shi)間時(shi),也能(neng)保證電動(dong)(dong)(dong)機按照轉(zhuan)矩設定值自動(dong)(dong)(dong)加速(su)(su)(su)和減速(su)(su)(su)。

  驅(qu)動轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)矩(ju)(ju)功能提供了強大的起(qi)動轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)矩(ju)(ju),在(zai)穩(wen)態運(yun)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)時(shi),轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)矩(ju)(ju)功能將控制電(dian)動機(ji)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)差,而將電(dian)動機(ji)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)矩(ju)(ju)限制在(zai)z大設(she)(she)定值內,當(dang)負載轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)矩(ju)(ju)突然(ran)z大時(shi),甚至在(zai)加(jia)速時(shi)間(jian)設(she)(she)定過短(duan)時(shi),也(ye)不(bu)會(hui)(hui)引起(qi)變頻器(qi)跳閘。在(zai)加(jia)速時(shi)間(jian)設(she)(she)定過短(duan)時(shi),電(dian)動機(ji)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)矩(ju)(ju)也(ye)不(bu)會(hui)(hui)超(chao)過z大設(she)(she)定值。驅(qu)動轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)矩(ju)(ju)大對起(qi)動有利,。

  制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)矩設定數值越小,其(qi)制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)力越大,適合急加減(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)的場合,如制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)矩設定數值設置過(guo)大會出現(xian)過(guo)壓報警現(xian)象。如制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)矩設定為0%,可使(shi)加到主電(dian)容(rong)器的z生總量(liang)接近于0,從(cong)而使(shi)電(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)在(zai)減(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)時(shi),不使(shi)用制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)電(dian)阻(zu)也(ye)能(neng)減(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)至停轉(zhuan)(zhuan)而不會跳(tiao)閘。但在(zai)有的負載(zai)上,如制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)矩設定為0%時(shi),減(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)時(shi)會出現(xian)短(duan)暫(zan)空(kong)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)現(xian)象,造成(cheng)變(bian)頻器起(qi)動(dong)(dong),電(dian)流大幅度波動(dong)(dong),嚴重(zhong)時(shi)會使(shi)變(bian)頻器跳(tiao)閘,應引(yin)起(qi)注意(yi)。

  八、加減速模式選(xuan)擇

  又叫加(jia)減(jian)速(su)(su)曲(qu)(qu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)選(xuan)擇(ze)(ze)。一(yi)般變頻(pin)器有線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)性(xing)、非(fei)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)性(xing)和S三種曲(qu)(qu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),通(tong)常(chang)大(da)多選(xuan)擇(ze)(ze)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)性(xing)曲(qu)(qu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian);非(fei)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)性(xing)曲(qu)(qu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)適(shi)用于變轉矩負(fu)載,如風(feng)機(ji)等(deng);S曲(qu)(qu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)適(shi)用于恒(heng)轉矩負(fu)載,其加(jia)減(jian)速(su)(su)變化較(jiao)為(wei)緩慢。設定(ding)時(shi)(shi)可根據(ju)負(fu)載轉矩特性(xing),選(xuan)擇(ze)(ze)相應曲(qu)(qu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),但(dan)也有例外,筆(bi)者(zhe)在調(diao)試一(yi)臺鍋(guo)爐引風(feng)機(ji)的(de)(de)變頻(pin)器時(shi)(shi),先將加(jia)減(jian)速(su)(su)曲(qu)(qu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)選(xuan)擇(ze)(ze)非(fei)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)性(xing)曲(qu)(qu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),一(yi)起動(dong)(dong)(dong)運轉變頻(pin)器就跳閘(zha),調(diao)整改(gai)變許多參(can)數無效果,后改(gai)為(wei)S曲(qu)(qu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)后就正常(chang)了(le)。究(jiu)其原因是(shi):起動(dong)(dong)(dong)前引風(feng)機(ji)由于煙道煙氣流動(dong)(dong)(dong)而自(zi)行轉動(dong)(dong)(dong),且反轉而成為(wei)負(fu)向負(fu)載,這樣(yang)選(xuan)取了(le)S曲(qu)(qu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),使剛(gang)起動(dong)(dong)(dong)時(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)頻(pin)率上升速(su)(su)度較(jiao)慢,從而避免了(le)變頻(pin)器跳閘(zha)的(de)(de)發生,當然這是(shi)針(zhen)對沒有起動(dong)(dong)(dong)直流制動(dong)(dong)(dong)功(gong)能的(de)(de)變頻(pin)器所(suo)采用的(de)(de)方法。

  九、轉矩矢量控制(zhi)

  矢(shi)量控制(zhi)是(shi)基于理論上認為:異步電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)與(yu)直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)具有相同(tong)的(de)轉(zhuan)矩產生(sheng)機(ji)(ji)理。矢(shi)量控制(zhi)方式就是(shi)將(jiang)定子(zi)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)分解(jie)成(cheng)規(gui)定的(de)磁場電(dian)(dian)流(liu)和轉(zhuan)矩電(dian)(dian)流(liu),分別進(jin)行控制(zhi),同(tong)時將(jiang)兩者(zhe)合成(cheng)后(hou)的(de)定子(zi)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)輸出給(gei)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)。因此,從原(yuan)理上可得到與(yu)直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)相同(tong)的(de)控制(zhi)性能。采用轉(zhuan)矩矢(shi)量控制(zhi)功能,電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)在各種運行條件下(xia)都(dou)能輸出z大(da)轉(zhuan)矩,尤其是(shi)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)在低(di)速運行區(qu)域(yu)。

  現在的變頻(pin)器幾(ji)乎(hu)都采(cai)用無反(fan)饋矢量控制,由(you)于變頻(pin)器能根據(ju)負(fu)載電流大小和(he)相位進行(xing)轉(zhuan)差(cha)補(bu)償,使電動機具有(you)很硬(ying)的力(li)學特性,對于多數場合已能滿足要求,不(bu)需在變頻(pin)器的外部設置(zhi)速度(du)反(fan)饋電路。這一功能的設定(ding),可根據(ju)實際情況在y效和(he)無效中選擇一項即可。

  十、節能控制

  風機、水(shui)泵都(dou)屬(shu)于減(jian)轉矩負(fu)載,即隨著轉速(su)的(de)(de)下降(jiang),負(fu)載轉矩與轉速(su)的(de)(de)平方(fang)成(cheng)比例減(jian)小,而具有(you)節(jie)能(neng)控(kong)制功能(neng)的(de)(de)變頻器(qi)設計有(you)z用V/f模式,這種模式可g善(shan)電動機和(he)變頻器(qi)的(de)(de)效(xiao)率,其可根(gen)據負(fu)載電流自(zi)動降(jiang)低(di)變頻器(qi)輸(shu)出電壓,從而達到(dao)節(jie)能(neng)目的(de)(de),可根(gen)據具體情況設置為y效(xiao)或無效(xiao)。

  要(yao)說明的(de)(de)是(shi),九、十這(zhe)兩個參數是(shi)很(hen)先進的(de)(de),但有(you)一些用(yong)戶在(zai)設(she)(she)備(bei)改造中,根本無法(fa)啟(qi)(qi)用(yong)這(zhe)兩個參數,即啟(qi)(qi)用(yong)后(hou)變頻器跳閘頻繁,停用(yong)后(hou)正常(chang)。究(jiu)其(qi)原(yuan)因(yin)有(you):(1)原(yuan)用(yong)電動機(ji)參數與變頻器要(yao)求(qiu)配用(yong)的(de)(de)電動機(ji)參數相差太大(da)。(2)對設(she)(she)定參數功能了解不夠,如節能控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)功能只(zhi)能用(yong)于V/f控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)方(fang)式中,不能用(yong)于矢(shi)量控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)方(fang)式中。(3)啟(qi)(qi)用(yong)了矢(shi)量控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)方(fang)式,但沒(mei)有(you)進行電動機(ji)參數的(de)(de)手(shou)動設(she)(she)定和自動讀取工作,或讀取方(fang)法(fa)不當。
